Feb 16, 2010 Public Hearing - Vehicle & Traffic Ordinance
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the City Council of the City of Calistoga that a Public Hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Calistoga Community Center, 1307 Washington Street, Calistoga, County of Napa, State of California, at which time and place testimony will be considered on the following item:
Consideration of a Municipal Code Amendment initiated by the City of Calistoga for a text amendment to Title 10, Vehicles and Traffic, specifically Section 10.36.80 (Time Limit Parking), and adding Section 10.36.160 (Obstruction or Interference with Police of Authorized Officers), and repealing Section 10.36.100 (Use of streets for storage of vehicles prohibited). This proposed action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
