Officers responded for a report of an open window in the 1300 block of Lincoln Ave. The window of a local business had been left open. Officers were able to secure the building.

While on routine patrol, Officers checked on a vehicle at Logvy Park. A subject was seen sleeping in the vehicle. Citizens are reminded that Calistoga Municipal Code 12.30 prohibits sleeping in any vehicle within City Limits between 10pm and 6am. Officers responded for a report of a hit and run at CalMart on Lincoln Ave. Officers contacted the victim, obtained video footage from the business and are investigating the accident. The suspect vehicle was a White Toyota Pickup Truck driven by an older white male adult.

Officers responded for an accident in the 1000 block of Foothill Blvd. Officers located the involved parties and confirmed there were no injuries involved. A report was taken and Officers assisted with clearing the roadway.

Officers responded for a reckless driver on Petrified Forest Rd near Franz Valley School Rd. Officers located the vehicle and performed a traffic stop. Officers determined the driver was not under the influence and the driver was admonished for their driving.

Officers responded for loud music in the 1300 block of Spring St. Officers located the subjects playing loud music and had the music turned down.

Officers responded to assist Napa County Deputies on Petrified Forest Rd near Franz Valley School Rd. Officers remained on scene while the Deputies completed their traffic stop.

Officers responded for an accident on Petrified Forest Road. Officers located the driver who had fallen asleep while driving, and confirmed there were no injuries involved. A tow truck was contacted and the roadway was cleared.

Fire, EMS and Officers responded for a medical call in the 1500 block of Centennial Cir. The involved party was located, evaluated and transported to an area hospital.

While on routine patrol, Officers were flagged down in the 1400 block of Lincoln Ave. A citizen reported vandalism to their parked vehicle. Officers took a report, however no suspect information was available.

Officers responded to assist Napa County Deputies with a disturbance in the 1100 block of Silverado Trail. Citizens reported a group of subjects drinking and trespassing. The subjects left the area prior to Officers arrival.

Officers responded for an alarm sounding in the 1800 block of Aurora Dr. Officers located the alarm, secured the building and the alarm was reset.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1600 block of Grant St. Officers located the scene of the disturbance. Officers contacted the involved parties and determined that an assault had occurred. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of assault and transported to Napa County Detention Center.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1300 block of Cedar St. A resident was reporting a problem with an intoxicated roommate over a broken television. The intoxicated roommate claimed a third party had damaged the television. Officers are investigating.

Officers responded for an animal call in the 1600 block of Lake St. A German shepherd was loose in the area per residents. Officers located the dog and reunited them with the owner.

Officers responded for an accident in the area of Silverado Trail and Lincoln Ave. A vehicle was reported to have driven into a ditch. Officers located the vehicle and the driver, who had fallen asleep while driving, and was not injured. Officers remained on scene until a tow truck was able to recover the vehicle.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1500 block of Filmore St. An intoxicated subject was refusing to leave the residence. Officers admonished the subject for trespassing.

Officers responded for a parking complaint in the 400 block of Washington St. Officers located a delivery truck that was double parked on the roadway. The driver was admonished and the truck was moved into a parking lot.

Officers responded for a juvenile problem in the 1700 block of Grant St. A citizen reported two juveniles had attempted to steal a bicycle from the residence. The resident chased the juveniles and recovered the bicycle. The victim was able to provide names and descriptions of the suspected juveniles and Officers are investigating.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1200 block of Lincoln Ave. A subject that appeared to be transient was yelling obscenities and being disruptive. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the subject.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1400 block of Lincoln Ave. An employee reported two subjects trespassing and being overly affectionate in public. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the amorous subjects.

Citizens reported seeing smoke south of town, near Kortum Canyon and Foothill Blvd. It was determined to be a controlled burn and no threat to the surrounding area.

Officers responded for an alarm sounding in the 1700 block of North Oak St. The vehicle was located, found to be secure and the alarm was reset.

Officers responded for a reckless driver in the area of Highway 29 near Tubbs Ln. Officers were able to locate and stop the vehicle. After an investigation, it was determined the driver was not intoxicated and was admonished for their driving.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the area of Washington St and First St. Officers located the two subjects, determined the argument was verbal only and counselled both involved parties.

Officers responded for a report of found property in the 1100 block of Spring St. Upon arrival, Officers found a bicycle that appeared to have been left on the property. Officers identified the owner and returned the bicycle.

Officers responded for an alarm sounding in the 1800 block of Aurora Dr. The building was located, found to be secure and the alarm was reset.

Officers responded for a possible hazard in the area of Foothill Blvd near Lillie St. A citizen reported a tree down in the roadway. Officers checked Foothill Blvd and could not locate any tree blocking the roadway.

Officers responded for a report of found property in the 1400 block of Spring St. Officers located a bicycle that appeared to have been left in the area. Officers collected the bicycle and brought it to the station for safe keeping.

Officers responded for a disturbance at the Chateau Calistoga MHP. Officers located a group of subjects having involved in a verbal dispute. Officers counselled the involved parties and assisted in resolving the dispute.

Officers responded for a found bicycle at the Calistoga Elementary School. Officers recognized the bicycle and were able to have the owner recover the bicycle.

A local citizen found a wandering canine and brought it into the Calistoga Police Department. Officers were able to locate the owner and the puppy was saved from having to do any time in the puppy penitentiary.

Fire and Officers responded for a possible water leak at the Palisades Apartments. The property was checked and no water leak was found.
