Fire, EMS and Officers responded to a medical call on Lincoln Ave near Washington St. The involved party was located, evaluated and transported to an area hospital.

Officers responded to assist Napa County Sheriff Deputies on Petrified Forest Rd near Franz Valley School Rd. Officers remained on scene until Deputies cleared their traffic stop.

Officers responded for a parking violation at the Calistoga Farmers Market. The vehicle was cited for violating posted parking limits.

Officers responded for an animal call in the area of Michael Way and Money Ln. A citizen reported two dogs possibly fighting. Officers located the involved canines and their parents. Both parents confirmed there had been a canine altercation, however they were dealing with the disruptive pups.

Officers responded for a parking complaint in the 1000 block of Cedar St. A resident reported a vehicle blocking their driveway. The vehicle left prior to Officers arrival.

Officers responded to an accident in the area of Dunaweal Ln and Highway 29. Two vehicles were located and Officers confirmed there were no injuries. Officers assisted with traffic control while CHP cleared the roadway.

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1900 block of Lake St. The involved parties were located and both confirmed the disturbance was verbal only. Both parties were spoken to and agreed to go their separate ways.

While on routine patrol, Officers stopped to assist a motorist on Tubbs Ln near Highway 29. Officers remained on scene until a tow truck arrived to assist the motorist.

Officers responded to a report of suspicious subjects in the 2200 block of Greenwood Ave. Officers located two bicyclists who had stopped in the roadway. The subjects confirmed they had been stopped there and talking for quite some time and agreed to continue home.

While on routine patrol, Officers noticed a suspicious vehicle behind the 1000 block of Washington St. A subject was crouched in the open passenger door of a parked vehicle and appeared to be rummaging through items on the floor of the vehicle. Officers contacted the subject and during their investigation located a small amount of methamphetamine. The subject was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines.

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of Franklin St. Citizens reported a male and female could be heard arguing in the area. Officers located a woman who confirmed there was a verbal argument. The male half had left prior to Officers arrival. Officers checked the area and located the male half on Lincoln Ave. Both parties confirmed it was a verbal argument only and agreed to go their separate ways for the evening.

Officers responded for a report of an intruder in the 1400 block of Greenwood Ave. The home owner reported two unknown subjects were in the garage area. Officers located the subjects, determined both were intoxicated and removed them from the property.

Officers responded for an accident on Foothill Blvd near Petrified Forest Rd. Officers located the involved parties and confirmed there were no injuries. Officers remained on scene while the roadway was cleared.

Officers responded to assist CHP on Petrified Forest Rd near Foothill Blvd. Officers remained on scene until CHP cleared their traffic stop.

Officers responded for a barking dog complaint in the 1800 block of North Oak St. Officers located the outspoken canine, however the parents were not home. Officers left a notice at the residence advising the parents of the complaint.

Officers responded for a report of a reckless driver on Highway 29 north of Tubbs Ln. A citizen was concerned the subject could be intoxicated. Officers located the vehicle and determined the driver was not intoxicated.

Officers responded for found bicycles in the 4800 block of Silverado Trail. Several bicycles were found by a local resident. Officers confirmed the bicycles belonged to area resorts and returned the bicycles to the resorts.

Officers responded for an alarm sounding in the 1400 block of Lake St. Officers located the building, confirmed it was secure and the alarm was reset.

Officers responded for another found bicycle in the 700 block of Silverado Trail. The bicycle was picked up and returned to the owner.

Officers responded for an abandoned vehicle on Michael Way near Grant St. The vehicle was tagged and forwarded to vehicle abatement.

Officers responded for an animal call in the 1400 block of North Oak St. Citizens found a lost dog wandering the area. Officers brought the dog back to the Police Department and later had Petaluma Animal Services respond to care for the dog.

Officers responded for a suspicious subject in the 1100 block of Mitzi Dr. Citizens reported a subject in dark clothing going from door to door. The subject claimed to be with PG&E and wanted to review electrical bills. Citizens are cautioned to be alert for any scams in the area and always contact your utility provider or the Police Department before releasing personal information.

Officers and Calistoga Fire responded for a structure fire in the 2600 block of Foothill Blvd. Citizens reported a possible chimney fire at a residence. Officers remained on scene until the fire was suppressed.

Citizens found an iphone and turned it into the Calistoga Police Department. The owner of the phone was located and retrieved the phone a short while later.

Officers responded for a suspicious item in the 1300 block of Lincoln Ave. Officers located a suitcase which had been left sitting in a walk way. While investigating the case, the owner returned to retrieve the case.

Officers responded for a juvenile problem at the Calistoga High School. Several students were found to be sharing explicit photos through social media. Officers contacted the parents and are working with the social media companies involved.

While on routine patrol, Officers located a vehicle with expired registration on Adele Ave near North Oak St. Officers confirmed the vehicle was not properly registered and towed the vehicle under 22651(o) of the California Vehicle Code.

Officers responded for an abandoned vehicle on South Oak St near Myrtle St. The vehicle was tagged and forwarded to vehicle abatement.

Fire and Officers responded for a hazard in the 1400 block of Eddy St. A citizen reported wires down in the area. Fire confirmed the wires were cable lines and not electrical. The cable company was contacted to repair the lines.

While on routine patrol, Officers located an open window in the 1900 block of Lake St. Officers checked the building and secured the window.

Officers responded for an animal call at Cal-Mart. Citizens reported a dog loose in the area. The fleet-footed fluff ball fled prior to Officers arrival.

Officers responded for found bicycles in the 900 block of Washington St. Three bicycles were located which belong to an area resort. The bicycles were returned to the resort. Citizens are reminded that resort bicycles are for customer use only.

While on routine patrol, Officers located an open door at a residence on Arch Way. Officers cleared the building and secured the door.

While on routine patrol, Officers located an intoxicated subject on Lincoln Ave near Cedar St. The subject was extremely intoxicated and having difficulties walking. The subject was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.

Officers responded for a report of a reckless driver on Lincoln Ave near Fair Way. Citizens reported the subject driving recklessly and that the driver was yelling at a female passenger. Officers stopped the vehicle on Lake St near Washington St. Officers learned the male driver had an outstanding felony warrant. The driver was arrested for the warrant and suspicion of violating terms of his probation. The subject was transported to Napa County Department of Corrections.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1400 block of Lincoln Ave. Two subjects had been causing a disturbance at an area restaurant and now were in the street disrupting traffic. The subjects were picked up by a third party, possibly a private taxi service, and left prior to Officers arrival.

Officers responded for a report of suspicious subjects in the 1900 block of Greenwood Ave. Officers located two subjects, who appeared to be transient. Officers discovered one of the subjects had outstanding warrant and placed that subject under arrest. The subject was transported to Napa County Department of Corrections.

Officers responded for a reckless driver on Petrified Forest Rd near Foothill Blvd. Citizens reported a vehicle was tailgating and speeding. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the vehicle.

Fire, EMS and Officers responded for a medical call at the Calistoga Springs MHP. The involved party was located, evaluated and transported to an area hospital.

Officers responded for an accident on Petrified Forest Rd near Foothill Blvd. The involved vehicle had gone off the roadway and hit a pole. Fire and EMS responded for injuries and the driver was transported to an area hospital. Officers remained on scene until the roadway was clear.

Officers responded for a report of a juvenile problem in the 1400 block of Grant St. Citizens reported a group of juveniles being loud and throwing rocks in the area. Officers contacted area residents, however were unable to locate the juveniles.

Officers responded for an accident on Lincoln Ave and Foothill Blvd. Officers contacted the involved parties, confirmed there were no injuries and assisted in clearing the roadway.
