Officers responded for an accident on Highway 29 near Robert Louis Stevenson. Citizens reported a possible accident in the area. Officers were unable to locate the accident or any vehicle matching the description.

Officers and Fire responded for a possible rattle snake behind the Police Department. Fire personnel located a gopher snake attempting to eat a mole, not a rattle snake.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1700 block of Washington St. A citizen claimed there was some sort of fight in the area. Officers checked the area and spoke with residents, however none were involved in any disturbance or fight.

Officers responded for a reckless driver in the 1900 block of Lake St. Citizens reported a possibly intoxicated driver leaving the area. Officers checked the area and located the vehicle on Spring St. After an investigation, the driver was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1300 block of Cedar St. Citizens reported a dispute with a roommate. Officers contacted both residents and confirmed it was a verbal dispute only.

Officers responded to assist California Highway Patrol on Highway 29 near Old Lawley Toll Rd. Officers assisted with traffic control until the vehicle was moved from the roadway.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1000 block of Washington St. Officers located the involved parties. After an investigation, one subject was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Officers responded for an intoxicated subject in the 1800 block of Lincoln Ave. Officers located the subject, who had fallen and was extremely intoxicated. The subject was evaluated and transported to an area hospital.

While on routine patrol, Officers stopped to assist a motorist on Foothill Blvd near Madrone. The motorist had a flat tire. Officers remained on scene until the tire was replaced.

Officers responded for a juvenile problem at Cal Mart. Several juveniles were caught shoplifting by employees. Officers located the juveniles, who were later released to their parents.

Officers responded for an accident on Myrtle St near Elm St. Officers located the vehicles, confirmed there were no injuries and a report was filed.

Officers responded for a suspicious subject behind the Post Office. A passing citizen reported a subject appeared to be vandalizing the Post Office. Officers located two subjects and confirmed they had been contracted to repaint the banisters.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1300 block of Cedar St. Officers contacted the involved parties. After an investigation, one of the subjects was arrested on suspicion of brandishing a weapon.

While on routine patrol, Officers contacted two pedestrians in the 900 block of Petrified Forest Rd. One of the subjects was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

A citizen reported receiving a fraudulent IRS call. Citizens are reminded that the IRS will never call to demand payment over the phone, nor will the IRS send the Police Department to collect a debt.

Officers responded for a loud music complaint in the 1400 block of Eddy St. The resident was contacted and agreed to turn the music down.

Officers and Fire responded for a child locked in a vehicle in the 2000 block of Table Rock Ct. Fire personnel were able to get the vehicle open.

Officers responded for a disturbance in the 1700 block of North Oak St. A resident reported a subject claiming to be with an energy management company. Officers located the subject, admonished the subject and advised the subject that they would need a permit to work within the city limits.

Officers, Fire and EMS responded for a medical call in the 1500 block of Cedar St. Officer determined it was not a medical call, a subject was confused and having problems getting home. The subject was returned home with family members.
