Program Cancellations/Modifications
Calistoga Recreation Services reserves the right to cancel or modify a program due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified by email if changes occur to their programs. Nothing cancels a program quicker than everyone waiting until the last minute to register. If you would like to participate in one of our classes please register well in advance of the start date. At some point, we must determine if enrollment is sufficient to hold the activity. By registering early you are assisting us in providing the best possible service.

Refunds
A request for a refund due to withdrawal from a program must be made to the recreation office a week prior to the start of the first class. If a program is cancelled by Calistoga Recreation Services, a full refund will be issued.
