NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City Council of the City of Calistoga that a PUBLIC HEARING will be conducted on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the Calistoga Community Center, 1307 Washington Street, City of Calistoga, County of Napa, State of California, at which time and place testimony will be considered on:
Proposed Amendment to the contract between the City of Calistoga and the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System Regarding City employees retirement system for Local Miscellaneous Employees to Provide Section 20475 and Section 21353 (2% @ 60 Modified formula) and for Local Safety Employees to provide Section 20475 and Section 21369 (2% @ 55 Modified formula) and for all New Members entering Membership Section 20037 (Three Year Final Compensation) in a city of Calistoga Local Miscellaneous Classification and Local Safety Classification after effective date of the contract amendment.
