Pursuant to provisions of the Government Code §54957, this is the time provided for members of the public to address the City Council regarding matters of municipal concern (maximum of three minutes per speaker).

Judicial review of environmental determinations may be subject to a shorter time period for Litigation, in certain cases 30 days following the date of final decision.
PLEASE NOTE: Any person who wishes to speak regarding an item on the agenda or make a comment under the “Oral Communication” portion of the agenda may voluntarily complete a “Speaker Card” and submit it to the City Clerk BEFORE that portion of the agenda is called. 1) Consideration of an amendment to the Calistoga Municipal Code, initiated by Burt Harlan, amending Title 17 (Zoning) adding Article, VIII, “PD 2011-01”, Brian Arden Wines Planned Development District to Chapter 17.24 and rezoning the property located at 331 Silverado Trail (APN 011-050-030) within the “PD 2011-01” District.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinance No. 683 as submitted.

I) PUBLIC HEARING
2) Consideration of a request submitted by the Carter Family Trust to extend the term of the approved Development Agreement for the Vineyard Oaks Subdivision project for two years and to modify provisions of the agreement regarding payment of required development impact fees. No changes to the approved project are being proposed. The subject property is located at 2400 Grant Street within the RR - Rural Residential Zoning District. (APN 011-010-057). This proposed action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. [Staff is recommending that this item be continued to the July 17, 2012 regular meeting]
