Assembly Bill (AB) 485; Hate Crimes Reporting requires agencies to post hate crime data monthly, starting January 1, 2023. Hate crime is defined by existing law as a criminal act committed, in whole or in part, because of actual or perceived characteristics of the victim, including, among other things, race, religion, disability, and sexual orientation.

The following hate crimes have occurred within the city limits of Calistoga:

Bias: Anti Gay
