The General Plan is the City of Calistoga’s fundamental land use and development policy document, which shows how the city will grow and conserve its resources.  The purpose of this General Plan is to guide development and conservation in the city. The Calistoga General Plan articulates a vision for the city’s long term physical form and development.  It serves as a basis for future decision-making by municipal officials, including City staff, the Planning Commission and City Council.
