Derek Rayner, P.E., LEED Green Associate, Public Works Director/City Engineer
Derek began working for the City in October 2010. He brought with him over 13 years of engineering experience in the private sector. He has extensive knowledge with the design of roadways, sewer, water and storm drainage improvements. Derek's experience includes hydraulic modeling, design, CAD/GIS/LID, design/build, surveying and construction management background for both public and private sector projects.

John Montelli,  Maintenance Superintendent
John has been with the City since 1991 in our streets, water, and sewer divisions for Public Works. He has worked his way up from starting out as a Maintenance Tech I to holding the position of Maintenance Superintendent beginning in 2013. Historically, John's efforts go beyond regular working hours when help is needed on water leaks or emergency calls. We are lucky to have his expertise and knowledge as one of our longtime city employees.
