The Utility Billing department is responsible for billing, maintaining and collecting of over 1,500 water and wastewater accounts. Utility Billing also handles requests to start and stop service, answers customer inquiries concerning their accounts and handles all billing maintenance entries necessary to send accurate and timely bills to our residential customers bimonthly and our commercial customers monthly.

• Pay in person. – cash, check, credit or debit card (second floor)
• Drop off Box - Located in the first floor next to Planning Dept. counter and outside City Hall (check only)
• Pay by mail – check only
• Online Utility Bill Pay – after registering, you can setup One-Time or Automatic Recurring Payments
