Free Programming for Calistoga Residents
The Calistoga City Council has decided to waive fees for public recreation programs which benefit Calistoga residents. Our current free program offerings include adult fitness, adult education, youth sports, summer camps, aquatics, and community events. Free Program Policies and Guidelines
If the program you are registering for is a free program offered through Calistoga Parks & Recreation for Calistoga residents, please read the following guidelines-

1. Failure to attend the first two scheduled activity dates without notice will result in removal from the program, and a $20 participation fee to be charged to your account.
2. Failure to attend at least 50% of the program will result in a $20 participation fee to be charged to your account. For Swim lessons, missing more than two classes will result in a $20 participation fee to be charged to your account.
3. To be removed from the program without charge, participants must contact the Recreation Department 48 hours before the start of the program. For Calistoga Residents, any cancellations after this time frame will result in a $20 participation fee to be charged to the participants account. Non-Residents who cancel after this time frame will receive a 50% refund.
4. To make any registration changes, participants must contact the Recreation Department by calling (707)-942-2838 and speaking with an employee, leaving a voicemail, or emailing (recreation@ci.calistoga.ca.us).

In Person: Calistoga Parks & Recreation is located at 1435 North Oak Street in Calistoga. Office hours are from 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm Monday through Friday.

Program Cancellations/Modifications
Calistoga Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel or modify a program due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified by email if changes occur to their programs.  

Refunds
A request for a refund due to withdrawal from a program must be made to the recreation office 48 hours prior to the start of the first class. If a program is cancelled by Calistoga Parks & Recreation, a full refund will be issued. Any cancellations after 48 hours will result in a $20 participation fee to be charged to my account for Calistoga Residents. Program Instructors
