6) Second reading of a Zoning Ordinance Text and Map Amendment amending Title 17 (Zoning Ordinance) by adding Sections 17.24.710 through 17.24.780 and rezoning the property generally located at 515 Foothill Boulevard from an “RR-H”, Rural Residential - Hillside District to a “PD 2010-01”, Enchanted Resort and Spa Planned Development District.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinance.
