4) Consideration of a Resolution waiving local fees for livescan service for volunteers to local organizations.

5) Consideration of a Resolution accepting a donation in the amount of $43,000 from the Calistoga Fire Association towards the cost of the new multi-function engine.

6) Consideration of a Resolution Establishing objectives and the appointment of a Council Subcommittee for the Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Community Enrichment Grant Program.

7) Consideration of a proposal to re-establish the Calistoga Police Department Reserve Program.
