During this time period anyone may comment to the Community Resources Commission regarding any subject over which the Community Resources Commission has jurisdiction, or request consideration to place an item on a future agenda of the Community Resources Commission. If you wish to comment on an item that is on this agenda, please hold your comments until the item is heard. Individuals will be limited to a three-minute presentation. No action can be taken by the Community Resources Commission as a result of public comment other than to place the matter on a future agenda.

A. Sidewalk Dining Ordinance, report by Planning Department. Charlene Gallina, Planning Director, requested a continuance till our April 16th meeting. When report is completed this will also be a public hearing.
B. Napa County Gang Violence Suppression Program, report by Vanessa Luna, Education Coordinator.
C. Review of “California Children Outdoor Bill of Rights” Mary Cahill to give reading and is requesting a recommendation to forward a resolution to City Council.
D. CRC Terms
E. Community Resources Director update/information.
