6) Consideration of Modification of Stage II Water Emergency Provisions.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: By Motion, Direct Staff to 1) Prepare a Resolution that Includes the Expanded Emergency Water Conservation Regulations Adopted by the Stage Water Resources Control Board on March 15, 2015 and Rescind Resolutions 2014-013 and 2014-034; and 2) Prepare a Program for City Council Consideration that Addresses Commercial and Industrial Water Consumers whose Water Usage is Nearing or Exceeds their Baseline Entitlement under the RMS.
