5) Consideration of 1) Adoption of an Ordinance Repealing Zoning Code Chapter 17.56, Highway and Street Setback Requirements (First Reading) and 2) Discussion and Direction Regarding the Initiation of an Amendment to the Zoning Code to Allow a Reduced Front Yard Setback for Covered Porches in the R-1 District.

7) Consideration of Authorization for Mayor Canning to Send a Letter of Support for Legislative Changes in Regulations Related to Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Limits for Type 47 Licenses in Napa County.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Send Letter.

8) Consideration of Providing Direction to Staff to Negotiate a Professional Services Agreement with Napa Public Access Cable Television (dba Napa Valley TV) to Operate Calistoga’s Public/Community Access Channel 28 and if the City Council Intends to Implement the 1% PEG Support Fee.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: By motion, direct to staff to negotiate a contract with Napa Valley TV to operate Calistoga’s Public/ Community Access Channel 28 and prepare a resolution for Council consideration to implement the 1% PEG support fee.
