This time is set aside to receive comments from the public regarding matters on the Consent Calendar or matters of municipal concern not on the agenda. Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3 (the Brown Act), however, the Council cannot consider any issues or take action on any requests during this comment period. Speakers are encouraged to limit their comments to 3 minutes maximum so that all speakers have an opportunity to address the City Council.

1) Consideration of Resolution Awarding a Contract to Western Builders in the Amount of $62,718 for the Demolition of the Roof at the Monhoff Center and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Contract.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

2) Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing an Application for Additional Grant Funding in the Amount of $867,906.00 from Measure A through the Funding Agreement with the Napa County Flood Protection and Watershed Improvement Authority for the Grant Street Culvert Repair Project and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Resulting Agreement Amendment No. 12.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
