1) Consideration of Adopting a Resolution Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of Water and Wastewater Revenue Certificates in the Principal Amount of Not to Exceed $10,000,000 to Refund Certain Obligations of the City of Calistoga and Approving Related Documents and Actions.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

To the next scheduled annual meeting of the Calistoga Public Facilities Corporation, on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, after the adjournment of the regular City Council Meeting held on the same day, Calistoga Community Center, 1307 Washington Street.
