2024 Calistoga City Council Regular Meeting Schedule - Resolution 2023-77

Regular meetings of the Calistoga City Council are usually held on Tuesday every 3 weeks at 6:00 PM in the Calistoga Community Center, located at 1307 Washington Street. The public is welcome to attend and participate in all public sessions of the Council. Current Agenda information and staff reports are available online here: https://calistoga.civicweb.net/Portal/ or by calling the City Clerk's Office at 707-942-2807. City Council Meetings are broadcasted live on Channel 28. If you are unable to attend or miss the live broadcast, City Council meetings are re-broadcasted

  • Introduction: Potential Residential Development Options for the Yellow Rose Ranch Property

The City of Calistoga will be holding its next Community Forum on Wednesday, June 6th (6p-7p). The topic will be “Potential Residential Development Options for the Yellow Rose Ranch Property.”


The property known as “Yellow Rose Ranch,” located at 2650 Foothill Boulevard, is under contract with The True Life Companies, LLC (TTLC). The property totals 46.85 acres, adjoins the Napa River and includes nearly one-quarter mile of frontage on Foothill Boulevard. The prospective owners will be in attendance to share their concepts for the potential building of residences, as well as solicit feedback from interested members of the community and to lay out a vision for future housing and amenities (i.e. open-space, bike paths, community space, recreational space, etc..) on this site.
