8) Consideration of a Resolution Approving a Three Year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Calistoga and the Calistoga Police Officers Association (CPOA), Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the MOU, Approving an amount not to exceed $41,166 from the Fiscal Year 2018-19 police department budget.

9) Consideration of a Resolutions Approving a Three Year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Calistoga and the Calistoga Professional Firefighters’ Association (CPFA), Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the MOU, Approving a Budget Adjustment not to exceed $56,641 from the Unappropriated General Fund Reserves for Fiscal Year 2018-19 and Approval of Fire Captain Position and Job Description within the Calistoga Professional Firefighters’ Association.
