The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. 1) Accounts payable for the period ending Wednesday, December 31, 2009.
($627,181.34) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve payables.
2) Minutes of the December 16, 2008 regular City Council meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Minutes.
3) Consideration of a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment, initiated by the City of Calistoga, to amend Chapter 17.22.040(A) Downtown Commercial (DC) District - Allowed, Conditionally Permitted and Prohibited Uses and 17.22.060(A) Community Commercial (CC) District - Allowed, Conditionally Permitted and Prohibited Uses of the Calistoga Municipal Code, to change review procedures for those use(s) located on property within an entry corridor, as defined in the 2003 General Plan Update, from a conditionally permitted use to a use permitted subject to administrative review with public notice.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinance.
4) Consideration of a Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with TRS Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $56,000 for additional services related to the 2007 Pavement and Utility Project and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
5) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a donation in the amount of $250.00 from Dr. Wilkinson’s Hot Springs Resort.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
I) PUBLIC HEARING
6) Consideration of a Resolution to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Developer of the Cooper Development for reimbursement of certain public improvements associated with the development that will benefit surrounding properties.

7) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing Professional Services Agreement for consulting services with David Spilman.
