9) Consideration of a Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 2008-087 and updating the City of Calistoga’s Conflict of Interest Code.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

10) Consideration of a Resolution establishing sidewalk dining user fees and authorizing the City Manager to execute lease agreements between the City of Calistoga and proprietors of sidewalk dining establishments.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
