1) Update from Chris Canning, Calistoga Beverage Company Director, regarding pending facility closure and Calistoga Beverage Company’s future plans.

2) Presentation of Certificates of Appreciation to Paul Coates, Calistoga American Legion Post 231 Commander, and Adjutant Jim Barnes.

3) Congratulations to the Calistoga Wildcats Boys Soccer Team in winning the North Coast Section 2 League Championship, and for playing in the North Coast Division 3 Championship on Saturday, November 14, 2009.

I) CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. The Mayor or any member of the City Council or of the public may request that any item listed under the Consent Calendar be removed and action taken separately. In the event that an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it shall be considered in its numerical order.

4) Accounts payable for the period ending Friday, November 13, 2009.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve payables.

5) Minutes of the November 3, 2009 regular City Council meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Minutes.

6) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a donation in the amount of $5,000.00 from the Calistoga Fire Association.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
