A) CALL TO ORDER

B) PUBLIC COMMENT
During this time period anyone may comment to the Community Resources Commission regarding any subject over which the Community Resources Commission has jurisdiction, or request consideration to place an item on a future agenda of the Community Resources Commission. If you wish to comment on an item that is on this agenda, please hold your comments until the item is heard. Individuals will be limited to a three-minute presentation. No action can be taken by the Community Resources Commission as a result of public comment other than to place the matter on a future agenda.

D) OATH OF OFFICE

1) The Administrative Secretary will administer the Oath of Office to the newly appointed Community Resources Commissioners, Eleno Nunez, Megan Hunt and Rita Squire, who will then assume their seats.

E) CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. The Chairperson or any member of the Commission or of the public may request that any item listed under the Consent Calendar be removed and action taken separately. In the event that an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it shall be considered in its numerical order.

2) Minutes of the regular Community Resources Commission Meeting on February 18, 2009.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Minutes.

F) GENERAL GOVERNMENT

3) Review revised staff report regarding Community Resources Commission term dates and election of a Vice-Chair.

4) Review staff report regarding new Pool Survey.

G) GENERAL UPDATES
• Update from staff regarding construction progress at the Community Pool.
• Update from the CRC representatives to the Community Pool Advisory Committee regarding programs and operating ideas.
• Update from staff regarding the Dog Park Project.
• Update from staff regarding the 2009 Activity Guide.
• Update from staff regarding Calistoga’s Climate Action Protection Plan.
• Update from staff regarding possible participation in Earth Day activities.

H) COMMISSIONERS OPEN DISCUSSION
