During this time period anyone may comment to the Community Pool Advisory Committee regarding any subject over which the Community Pool Advisory Committee has jurisdiction, or request consideration to place an item on a future agenda of the Community Pool Advisory Committee. If you wish to comment on an item that is on this agenda, please hold your comments until the item is heard. Individuals will be limited to a three-minute presentation. No action can be taken by the Community Pool Advisory Committee as a result of public comment other than to place the matter on a future agenda.
C) ADOPTION OF MEETING AGENDA
1) Adoption of Meeting Notes of the Community Pool Advisory Committee Meeting of March 17, 2009.

D) GENERAL TOPICS
2) Adoption of Meeting Notes of the Community Pool Advisory Committee Meeting of April 21, 2009 and April 27, 2009;
3) Discussion of planning for the ribbon cutting and dedication event on June 4th, and community celebration on June 13th and 14th;
4) Discussion about geothermal energy use options;
5) Calistoga Community Pool Project Committee plaques;
6) Concession options;
7) Lighting outcomes;
8) Update/outcome from the presentation to the City Council regarding programming plans, schedules and fee structure for the initial season.
