During this time period anyone may comment to the Water and Wastewater Revenue Advisory Committee regarding any subject related to the upcoming Water and Wastewater Utility Rate Studies. Individuals will be limited to a three-minute presentation.

1) Introductions and selection of Committee Chairperson.
2) Roles and Brown Act overview.
3) Ground rules discussion.
4) Overview of Committee Meetings, binder contents, goals and objectives discussion.
5) Review of rate study process.
6) Review of Proposition 218 Law, court decisions, etc.
7) Review of water resources and systems.
