During this time period anyone may comment to the Community Resources Commission regarding any subject over which the Community Resources Commission has jurisdiction, or request consideration to place an item on a future agenda of the Community Resources Commission. If you wish to comment on an item that is on this agenda, please hold your comments until the item is heard. Individuals will be limited to a three-minute presentation. No action can be taken by the Community Resources Commission as a result of public comment other than to place the matter on a future agenda.

The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. The Chairperson or any member of the Commission or of the public may request that any item listed under the Consent Calendar be removed and action taken separately. In the event that an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it shall be considered in its numerical order.

1) Minutes of the Community Resources Commission Meeting of December 16, 2009. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Minutes.

E) GENERAL UPDATES
2) Discussion regarding topics for the up-coming joint City Council and Community Resources Commission meeting (tentatively scheduled for March 9, 2010).
3) Update report from the Green Sub-committee.
4) Discussion regarding Earth Day event, April 17, 2010.
5) Recognition of Award of Excellence – Facility Design-Aquatics Facilities.
6) Update and overview of the city-wide Recreation facilities and programs survey.
