No action can be taken by the Community Resources Commission as a result of public comment other than to place the matter on a future agenda.

2) Consideration of a recommendation to the City Council expressing their support of the Napa Countywide Community Climate Action Framework and directing the Napa County Transportation & Planning Agency (NCTPA) Board of Directors to adopt the Plan.
