During this time period anyone may comment to the Water and Wastewater Revenue Advisory Committee regarding any subject related to the upcoming Water and Wastewater Utility Rate Studies. Individuals will be limited to a three-minute presentation.

1) Adoption of February 9, 2010 meeting notes.
2) Summary of progress to date.
3) Conclusion of discussion around single family residential rate structure including conservation tiers.
4) Presentation, discussion and direction regarding multi-family and commercial rate structure including 
    peaking charges.
5) Committee comments on staff responses to public questions 1/26/10, 2/9/10.
6) Review of next steps: 
    a. Confirm meeting schedule 
    b. Community outreach thoughts
