Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the City Council regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection o9at the public counter at City Hall located on the first floor at 1232 Washington Street during normal business hours.

3) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the use of a City Street for the Calistoga Chamber of Commerce Spring Jazz Festival on March 10th, 2012.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.            

4) Consideration of a Resolution Declaring Certain Property Surplus, and Authorizing the City Manager to Dispose of Said Property.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.      

J) PUBLIC HEARING
5) Proposed Solage Local Benefit Districts Reimbursement Agreement
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Hold the public hearing and continue the hearing to the February 21, 2012, regular City Council Meeting, and provide direction to staff.
