5) Consideration of holding a City Council Study Session on March 17 and 20 at the Community Center for Goal Setting and May 15 and 27 for Budget Review to prepare the City Council goals and objectives for FY 2014/2015.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Set Special Council Study Session dates.

6) Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing a Loan Application to the Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund for Construction of the Dwyer Road Water Pump Station in the Amount of Two Million Dollars.
