2024 Calistoga City Council Regular Meeting Schedule - Resolution 2023-77

Regular meetings of the Calistoga City Council are usually held on Tuesday every 3 weeks at 6:00 PM in the Calistoga Community Center, located at 1307 Washington Street. The public is welcome to attend and participate in all public sessions of the Council. Current Agenda information and staff reports are available online here: https://calistoga.civicweb.net/Portal/ or by calling the City Clerk's Office at 707-942-2807. City Council Meetings are broadcasted live on Channel 28. If you are unable to attend or miss the live broadcast, City Council meetings are re-broadcasted

Judicial review of any City administrative decision may be had only if a petition is filed with the court not later than the 90th day following the date upon which the decision becomes final. Judicial review of environmental determinations may be subject to a shorter time period for Litigation, in certain cases 30 days following the date of final decision.
PLEASE NOTE: Any person who wishes to speak regarding an item on the agenda or make a comment under the “Oral Communication” portion of the agenda may voluntarily complete a “Speaker Card” and submit it to the City Clerk BEFORE that portion of the agenda is called. Speaker cards are available on the table in back of the room. Please observe the time limit of three minutes.

4) Consideration of a Resolution to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Fischer Computer Systems for Technology Services in an amount not to exceed $63,000 for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 and to approve a budget adjustment to add $13,000 from the unappropriated Equipment Fund Balance into Account 15-4975-4402.
RECOMMENDED ATION: Adopt Resolution.

5) Consideration of a Resolution Approving Amendment No. 6 to the Professional Services Agreement with Larry Walker Associates for Ongoing Permit Assistance Services Related to the City’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit and the State’s General Water Reuse Permit in the Amount of $68,300.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

11) Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Three-Year Professional Services Agreement with the Calistoga Chamber of Commerce in the Amount of $325,000 for the First Year for Marketing and Visitor Promotion Services. Thereafter, the compensation will be increased by a CPI.
