RECOMMENDED ACTION: Introduce the Ordinance by Title and Waive its First Reading. Direct Staff to Procure Hazardous Building Notification Placards for Each of the Buildings Determined by the Building Official to be Unreinforced Masonry Buildings and Ensure their Proper Installation.
