4) Consideration of a Recommendation to the City Council to Redesignate the Properties Located at 1213 and 1303 Foothill Blvd., from Low Density Residential to Downtown Commercial General Plan Land Use Designation and to Rezone the Properties from R-1-10 One-Family Residential to DC Downtown Commercial Zoning District.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Following a Public Hearing, 1) Adopt Resolution and 2) Introduce the Ordinance and Waive its First Reading.

5) Consideration of an Amendment to the Downtown Commercial and Community Commercial Zoning Districts to Allow Off-Site Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). The proposed amendments are exempt from CEQA under section 15061 (b)(3). – Continued from the Regular Calistoga City Council Meeting of April 21, 2015.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Following a Public Hearing, Introduce the Ordinance and Waive its First Reading.
