4) Consideration of a Resolution 1) Awarding a Construction Contract to Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc. for the Emergency River Bank Repair for the Feige Tank Water Main in the amount of $79,440, 2) Approve the Total Project Construction Budget in the Amount of $93,390, including a 10% contingency of Bid Amount and 3) Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Contract.
