This time is set aside to receive comments from the public regarding matters of municipal concern not on the agenda. Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3 (the Brown Act), however, the Council cannot consider any issues or take action on any requests during this comment period. Speakers are encouraged to limit their comments to 3 minutes maximum so that all speakers have an opportunity to address the City Council.

4) Review of Departments’ current activities, opportunities and challenges; and ideas for projects and programs for Fiscal Year 2015/2016.

5) Council discussion, deliberations and direction regarding possible Fiscal Year 2015/2016 Council goals, objectives, and key priority projects.
