4) Consideration of a Resolution Awarding a Construction Contract to WMB General Contractors in the Amount of $782,000 for the Monhoff Recreation Center Building Alteration Project, Approving a Budget Adjustment in the Amount of $372,600 derived from Insurance Proceeds, and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Contract.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
