RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve minutes.

To the next scheduled annual meeting of the Calistoga Public Facilities Corporation, on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, after the adjournment of the regular City Council Meeting held on the same day, Calistoga Community Center, 1307 Washington Street.
