5) Consideration of a Resolution approving an agreement for affordable housing services from the Housing Authority of the City of Napa for Fiscal Year 2008/2009.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
6) Consideration of a Resolution accepting donations from the Felgenhauer Trust to the Calistoga Police Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
7) Consideration of Resolution confirming the Mayor’s appointment to the Napa City-County Library Commission.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

8) Consideration of a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment, initiated by the City of Calistoga, to amend Chapter 17.22.040(A) Downtown Commercial (DC) District - Allowed, Conditionally Permitted and Prohibited Uses and 17.22.060(A) Community Commercial (CC) District - Allowed, Conditionally Permitted and Prohibited Uses of the Calistoga Municipal Code, to change review procedures for those use(s) located on property within an entry corridor, as defined in the 2003 General Plan Update, from a conditionally permitted use to a use permitted subject to administrative review with public notice.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Introduce Ordinance and waive first reading.
9) Consideration of a Resolution establishing a Local Preference Policy for the sale or rental of affordable housing units that would give preference to income eligible households who live or work in the City of Calistoga.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

10) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the acceptance and expenditure of $100,000.00 in state COPS grant funds for Fiscal Year 2008/2009.

11) Consideration of a Resolution selecting a Council Member to serve as the Vice Mayor.

12) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a funding agreement with Napa County for the Farm Worker Centers.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: TO BE TABLED AT THE REQUEST OF NAPA COUNTY; THIS ITEM WILL BE RE-AGENDIZED TO A FUTURE DATE.
13) Consideration of a Resolution approving the Community Resources Commission 2008/2009 Fiscal Year Work Plan.
