2024 Calistoga City Council Regular Meeting Schedule - Resolution 2023-77

Regular meetings of the Calistoga City Council are usually held on Tuesday every 3 weeks at 6:00 PM in the Calistoga Community Center, located at 1307 Washington Street. The public is welcome to attend and participate in all public sessions of the Council. Current Agenda information and staff reports are available online here: https://calistoga.civicweb.net/Portal/ or by calling the City Clerk's Office at 707-942-2807. City Council Meetings are broadcasted live on Channel 28. If you are unable to attend or miss the live broadcast, City Council meetings are re-broadcasted

The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. The Mayor or any member of the City Council or of the public may request that any item listed under the Consent Calendar be removed and action taken separately. In the event that an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it shall be considered in its numerical order.

1) Accounts payable for the period ending Friday May 29, 2009.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve payables.

2) Minutes of the May 19, 2009 regular City Council meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Minutes.

3) Consideration of an Ordinance to amend the Calistoga Municipal Code Chapter 19.02 (Environmental Protection – Growth Management System) to clarify, streamline and improve program implementation.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinance.

4) Consideration of a Resolution accepting the Engineer’s Report for the Palisades Subdivision Landscape Maintenance Assessment District, declaring the intention of the City Council to levy and collect assessments and setting the date for the public hearing.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

5) Consideration of a Resolution accepting the Engineer’s Report for the Silverado Place Subdivision Landscape Maintenance Assessment District, declaring the intention of the City Council to levy and collect assessments and setting the date for the public hearing.

6) Consideration of a Resolution awarding a one-year contract for publication of legal advertisements for the period ending June 30, 2010, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract.

7) Consideration of a Resolution approving Amendment No. 6 to the Funding Agreement with the Napa County Flood Protection and Watershed Improvement Authority requesting additional funds.

8) Consideration of a Resolution approving a contract with National Meter & Automation, Inc. for installation of the Orion Automated Water Meter Reading System for the commercial water meter route.
