During this time period anyone may comment to the Community Resources Commission regarding any subject over which the Community Resources Commission has jurisdiction, or request consideration to place an item on a future agenda of the Community Resources Commission. If you wish to comment on an item that is on this agenda, please hold your comments until the item is heard. Individuals will be limited to a three-minute presentation. No action can be taken by the Community Resources Commission as a result of public comment other than to place the matter on a future agenda.

The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. The Chairperson or any member of the Commission or of the public may request that any item listed under the Consent Calendar be removed and action taken separately. In the event that an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it shall be considered in its numerical order.

1) Minutes of the regular Community Resources Commission Meeting on June 17, 2009.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Minutes.

E) GENERAL GOVERNMENT
2) Climate Action Plan Status Update and Program Discussion.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive update, discuss and continue Commission action to a Special Public Meeting to be held between the Planning Commission and Community Resources Commission on August 5, 2009.

    • Update from the Community Resources Commission Green Initiatives Sub-Committee. 
    • Update from Aquatic & Recreation Manager regarding pool usage. 
    • Update from Aquatic & Recreation Manager regarding the Community Resource 
       Commission’s recommendation to City Council on the Greenway Project.
