During this time period anyone may comment to the Community Resources Commission regarding any subject over which the Community Resources Commission has jurisdiction, or request consideration to place an item on a future agenda of the Community Resources Commission. If you wish to comment on an item that is on this agenda, please hold your comments until the item is heard. Individuals will be limited to a three-minute presentation. No action can be taken by the Community Resources Commission as a result of public comment other than to place the matter on a future agenda.

D) CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. The Chairperson or any member of the Commission or of the public may request that any item listed under the Consent Calendar be removed and action taken separately. In the event that an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it shall be considered in its numerical order.

1) The Minutes of the regular Community Resources Commission Meeting on July 15, 2009 will be available at the September 16, 2009 meeting.

E) GENERAL GOVERNMENT
2) Community Resources Commission Fiscal Year 2009/2010 Work Plan.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Received presentation, discuss and adopt the Community Resources Commission 2009/2010 Work Plan.

3) Logvy Community Park Master Plan Revision.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Review and discuss proposed revisions to the Logvy Community Park Master Plan and provide comments for Planning Commission and City Council consideration.

4) Support of the Calistoga Greenway Proposal
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Review memo of support to City Council and provide feedback.

5) Activity Guide and Email Collection Campaign.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive presentation and provide feedback.

G) GENERAL UPDATES 
    • Update on City Council’s action on the Climate Action Plan at their August 18, 2009 meeting. 
    • Letter of resignation received from Vice-Chair Eleno Nunez.
