3) Consideration of a Resolution approving the Annual Parade List and authorizing the Public Works Department to apply for Encroachment Permits from Caltrans.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

4) Receive update regarding the City of Calistoga’s work toward the development of a comprehensive Climate Action Plan.
