G) CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. The Mayor or any member of the City Council or of the public may request that any item listed under the Consent Calendar be removed and action taken separately. In the event that an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it shall be considered in its numerical order.

1) Minutes of the June 8, 2010 Special Council Meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Minutes.

2)Consideration of an Ordinance adopting Napa County Social Host Accountability Ordinance including imposition of civil fines and abatement costs.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinance.

3) Consideration of a Resolution providing direction to Mayor Gingles, the City’s voting delegate to the 2010 League of California Cities Annual Business Conference, regarding the proposed League Policy Resolutions.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

4) Consideration of a Resolution declaring certain property surplus, and authorizing the Interim City Manager to dispose of said property.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

H) PUBLIC HEARING
5) Presentation of the preliminary draft update to the Housing Element for review, comment and transmittal to the State Department of Housing & Community Development (HCD) for their review.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive presentation, solicit public comments, discuss and provide direction as appropriate.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Discuss and provide direction.

12) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the issuance of Tax Revenue Anticipation Notes for the 2010/2011 Fiscal Year.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

13) Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2010/2011 Special Revenue Funds Budgets.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive presentation.

15) Consideration of a Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 2007-132 regarding the formation of the Pool Facility Advisory Committee changing the appointment of the Director of Community Services to the Aquatic and Recreation Manager as members of said Committee.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
