4) Consideration of a Resolution supporting the continued operation of the Yountville Veterans Home Post Office, and authorization for the Mayor to sign a letter of support to the United States Postal Service.

5) Consideration of a Resolution ratifying the approval of a purchase order by the City Manager in the amount of $25,000 for Blakeley Construction to provide labor and equipment services for the Kimball Dam Bypass Infrastructure Improvements.
