G) CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. The Mayor or any member of the City Council or of the public may request that any item listed under the Consent Calendar be removed and action taken separately. In the event that an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it shall be considered in its numerical order.

5) Consideration of a Resolution confirming the Mayor’s appointments of a Voting Delegate and Alternate Delegate for the 2008 League of California Cities Conference.

6) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the levying and collection of assessments for the Palisades Landscape Maintenance District for Fiscal Year 2008-09.

7) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the levying and collection of assessments for the Silverado Place Landscape Maintenance District for Fiscal Year 2008-09.

8) To receive a report regarding the City’s Floodplain Management regulations and a summary of Flood Hazard Area mapping changes adopted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
