G)      CONSENT CALENDAR

The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. The Mayor or any member of the City Council or of the public may request that any item listed under the Consent Calendar be removed and action taken separately. In the event that an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it shall be considered in its numerical order.

Consideration of a Resolution establishing the 2009 City Council meeting schedule.

Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement with the Calistoga Joint Unified School District for recording and broadcasting services for the Trustees regular and special meetings.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

 

        6)    

Consideration of a Resolution approving the job classification and pay range for the Recreation/Aquatics Manager position.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

 

        7)    

Consideration of a Resolution accepting as complete the public improvements to portions of the Brogan Subdivision located on Michael Way and Money Lane.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

Presentation of a Citizen Survey regarding Calistoga Police Department services.

Consideration of an Ordinance to amend the Calistoga Municipal Code to establish provisions to authorize sidewalk dining establishments within the public right-of-way in the Commercial Land Use Districts in the City of Calistoga.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Introduce Ordinance and waive first reading.
