4) Consideration of a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment, initiated by the City of Calistoga, to amend the bed and breakfast regulations (Chapter 17.35 CMC) and other provision of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to such use.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinance.
I) GENERAL GOVERNMENT
5) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing a budget adjustment and accepting the recommendation of the City Council’s ad-hoc committee to execute a professional services agreement with Bob Murray & Associates for City Manager recruitment services in an amount not to exceed $21,350.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
