1. Conference with Legal Counsel, Anticipated Litigation
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivision (b) Government Code Section 54956.9: One potential case.
2. Conference with Labor Negotiators (City Manager James McCann and Administrative Services Director Bill Mushallo) regarding the Calistoga Professional Firefighters Association, and the Calistoga Police Officers Association pursuant to GC §54957.6.

2) Accounts payable for the period ending Friday, May 14, 2010
($296,686.97).
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve payables.

3) Minutes of the May 4, 2010 regular City Council meeting, and the May 10, 2010 Special Closed Session.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Minutes.

4) Consideration of a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment, initiated by the City of Calistoga, to amend the bed and breakfast regulations (Chapter 17.35 CMC) and other provision of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to such use.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinance.

I) GENERAL GOVERNMENT
5) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing a budget adjustment and accepting the recommendation of the City Council’s ad-hoc committee to execute a professional services agreement with Bob Murray & Associates for City Manager recruitment services in an amount not to exceed $21,350.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

6) Presentation by Larry Florin, Napa County Community and Intergovernmental Affairs Manager, regarding the County’s homelessness and farmworker housing services.

8) Follow-up discussion regarding unsightly garbage dumpsters placed in the public parking lot behind the Fire Station.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Discuss and provide direction.
