Judicial review of any City administrative decision may be had only if a petition is filed with the court not later than the 90th day following the date upon which the decision becomes final. Judicial review of environmental determinations may be subject to a shorter time period for Litigation, in certain cases 30 days following the date of final decision.
Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the City Council regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the public counter at City Hall located on the first floor at 1232 Washington Street during normal business hours.

3) Consideration of a Resolution approving Amendment No. 8 to the Measure A-Funding Agreement with Napa County Flood Protection and Watershed Improvement Authority for the Southeastern Calistoga Drainage Improvements Project.

4) Introduction of an Ordinance making changes to various sections of the Municipal Code to update references and implement water and wastewater service rates and connection fees and adopt a Resolution related to considerations brought up at the Public Hearing held on September 21, 2010.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Introduce ordinances updating the City’s water and wastewater rates and approve a resolution addressing considerations brought forward at the September 21st public hearing
