1) Consideration of a Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 2000-103 and authorizing the appointment of the Administrative Services Director as the City’s representative to the Public Agency Risk Sharing Authority of California (PARSAC) Board of Directors and appointing the City Clerk as an alternate representative.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

2) Receive presentation and recommendation from staff and the Council’s Water & Wastewater Rate Advisory Committee regarding the water and wastewater systems, operations, improvements and proposed rate structure.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive presentation, discuss and provide direction.
